Our Story
Six years of teaching Aiken to breathe a little easier.
Peak Mobility Yoga was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to movement, breath, and community — regardless of budget or experience level. After more than six years of teaching yoga throughout Aiken, our founder is opening a dedicated studio space inside Total Vibe Salon and Studios, built around the same values that have guided her practice from the start.
Every class is designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering depth for experienced yogis. No judgment, no intimidation — just a supportive room, a mat, and a little space to move at your own pace.
